I Love You, Nanny
Today is in memory of my Nanny, Virginia Beard Clark.
This day marks the 2nd year of her passing.
She is a beautiful lady that I was privileged enough to call my grandmother!
May7, 1918 – December 1, 2007
She was kind and soft spoken for most of her life. She was a huge part of my life and I am so very thankful for that. She and my grandpa moved down here to be around while my sister and I grew up. We were so special to have that. She was with me during my young years, my terrible teens , my proms, graduations, and my marriage. She was able to meet her great-grandkids and she loved them as much as she loved me! She was 89 when she passed. She had a long life. A life that I am so glad I got to be a part of of. She is a part of me and I believe always will be. She was a person who was strong in her faith, attentive, reliable, devoted, patient, a listener! She was a person full of love. I hope to one day be as great a woman as she.
She was beautiful in every way!
I still miss her. I love her.
She was my Nanny!
